Hello, I am Christine Boland
At the time of writing (2024), I live in Port Vila Vanuatu and I am 68 years old. I have had an exciting life. I was always way too busy to dwell on the past. After my mother and father passed away, I realised my negligence had been a huge mistake. All the questions I could have asked will stay unanswered.
I have one child, Adam, and he is gay (with no children), so I believed my particular family tree was coming to an end.
However, one day I made a decision to research the beginnings - not focus on the end. In so doing, I discovered that my family is HUGE and it is indeed ongoing.
I became acquainted with so many fascinating characters, so many sacrifices and life-changing experiences, that I now feel compelled to share this knowledge.
Maybe you are a relative. Maybe you are not. I hope my site helps you with your research in some small way.
